Troy Christian Spencer, born on February 18, 1974, passed away unexpectedly on March 31, 2025, at the age of 51.
Troy was a beloved partner, father, grandfather, son, and brother. He is survived by his loving life partner, Barbara Costa; his cherished sons Troy Spencer Jr. and Charles Rapisardi; his daughter Angela Rapisardi; and his siblings, Scott Spencer and Jessica Picon.
Troy's warmth, humor, and loyalty touched the lives of everyone who knew him. He will be remembered for his strong character, kind heart, and the deep love he had for his family. His presence in this world will be greatly missed.
A memorial will be held by the family to celebrate Troy's life during the summer in NY.
Troy's spirit will live on in the memories of those who loved him. May he rest in peace.
