Susan Peta Jones

Susan Peta Jones, 76, of New Port Richey, passed away February 1, 2026.

Born in Birmingham, England, she attended school at Clive Hall in Cardiff and moved to the United States in 1961. Susan worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance for many years. She was an avid animal lover, enjoyed gardening, traveling, and went on more than 40 cruises with her husband, Ronald. She cherished time with her family and her dog "Maple". Susan was known for her sassy spirit and honest nature.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Jones, and her mother, Marian Myers.

Susan is survived by her daughters, Lynn (Uzzie), Nicole (Steve), and Brenda Jones; her stepson, Ronald Jones (Marcia); her sister, Margaret Myers; her stepfather, Robert Myers; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Susan and Robert Skillman, Arlene Filipponi, Bonnie Boka, Patricia and William Jones, and Robert and Diane Boka. Susan also had 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren that she adored along with her beloved dog Maple.
