Samuel Sabato Faugno, 78, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on May 7, 2026.
Samuel was born on November 23, 1947 in Sanford, Connecticut, to parents Alexander Faugno and Rosa (Vavala) Faugno.
He was a dedicated member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.
Samuel is survived by his beloved wife, Anne, and his two sons, Alex and Nick. He is also survived by two grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and his siblings, Theodore and Martha.
A visitation will be held for Samuel at Faupel Funeral Home, 7524 Ridge Road, Port Richey, FL 34668, on Thursday, May 14th, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A prayer service will take place at 7:00 PM during visiting hours.
A funeral mass will be held for Samuel at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, New Port Richey, FL, on Friday, May 15th, at 1:00 PM.
