Ruth E. Cooper, 102 of Port Richey, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2019. She is survived by her son, Robert and his wife Evelyn, son, Richard and his wife Pat and daughter, Norma Jean Smith and her husband James. She is also survived by her sister, Gladys Bellamy, eight grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Ruth is predeceased by her husband, Robert Earl and sister, Venone.
