Robert Thomas Neitzel

It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Robert Thomas Neitzel, known to many as Rob, on September 14, 2026, at the age of 34.

Born on March 13, 1992, Robert was truly one of a kind. He had a big heart, a strong spirit, and a way of bringing laughter and light into the lives of the people around him. He could make people smile and laugh even in the simplest moments, and his presence had a way of making things feel a little brighter. Robert loved his family deeply and treasured the people he called friends. He was caring, generous, and always willing to help the people he loved. He had a special love for music, animals, fishing, and the outdoors. He enjoyed being outside, making memories, and simply spending time with the people who meant the most to him. Robert’s life was not defined by perfection, but by the love he had for others and the many ways he showed that he cared. He had a heart that could be incredibly giving, and he often did what he could to help his family and those around him. His laughter, his personality, his stories, and the memories he created with the people he loved will never be forgotten.

Robert leaves behind a tremendous void that can never be filled. His family and friends will carry him with them. In the music he loved, in the places he enjoyed being, in the laughter he brought to others, and in the countless memories that will forever remind us of who he was. Robert is survived by his mother, Theresa Neitzel; his sister, Casey Neitzel; his brothers, Christopher Neitzel and Jason Neitzel; and his four beloved nieces, Corrine Neitzel, Octavia Kinison, Madilyn Kinison, and Avery Kinison.

Though his time with us was far too short, the impact Robert made on the people who knew and loved him will last a lifetime. He was deeply loved, he will be deeply missed, and he will never be forgotten.

Services to honor and celebrate Robert’s life will be held on Sunday, September 27th, at Faupel Funeral Home, 7524 Ridge Road, Port Richey, Florida.
