Michael Hodson

We are sad to announce the passing of Michael Hodson of Holiday FL. Who passed unexpectedly at age 68 on February 7, 2024. Michael passed away surrounded by their loved ones after a battle with heart failure.

 Michael leaves behind a large host of family and friends. His wife Georgette Hodson (Fuchs), sons Andrew Hodson Steven Hodson, Michael Hodson Jr, daughters Jennifer Lynn Hodson and Elizabeth Hodson. Adopted children Moriah Willis, John Mills, Patricia Jean Otto, Albert McClain. His mother Katherine (Sauer) Hodson, Brothers Frank Hodson (Diane), Thomas B Hodson Jr.(Teresa) Sisters Katherine (Hodson) Long (Howard) , Lynn (Hodson) Neale and grandchildren Joshua, Charles, Trevor, Aiden, Brandon, Rachel, and Brayden.

Cousins Corrina Pierce, and Doyle. Brother in law Philip Fuchs (Marla) Sister in laws Joan Serfass (David), Josephine Fuchs. Close long time friends Marla Clingan (Von), Julie Ferrell, Stacy Chamberlain (Robert), Bashir Ahmad and MANY nephews and nieces. 

Michael was proceeded in death by his father Thomas B Hodson Sr, son Joseph Hodson, brother David Hodson, nephew Thomas B Hodson III, Aunt Mary Jane Sellers Hodson and cousin Thomas Byron, brother in law Raymond V Fuchs Jr and sister in law Mary (Fuchs) Richardson. 

 Michael was born in Woodbury New Jersey on September 30th 1956 . Michael had a life long love of sports especially baseball he was a die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan to the end. He enjoyed playing video games with his sons and computer games on his computer. Michael loved to travel with his family especially to Las Vegas.

Michael will be cremated no funeral services are planned as per Michael's wishes. A celebration of life will be planned by family date to the announced in the near future. 

Family is asking for donations to cover cremation expenses paid directly to the funeral home.
