In Loving Memory of Lisa Leeann Reed

Lisa Leeann Shepherd Belcher Reed was born in Louisville, Kentucky on December 5th, 1973 to Cecil Shepherd and Marion Snapp. She was later adopted by Shirley Smith and Charles Belcher.

Lisa was a very bright and loving person. She grew up in Tennessee and moved to Florida in 2018. She loved going on cruises and traveling the world, and she was also a pool player for Tampa APA. There wasn’t a day that went by that Lisa wasn’t smiling, caring for others, and loving everyone with her whole heart. She loved to chat and she gave her heart to anyone she came in contact with.

She is survived by her son, David, and her granddaughter, Serenity. She is predeceased by her adopted parents Shirley and Charles. Lisa found her birth family in July of 2025, and is predeceased by her birth father. On his side of the family, she is survived by her amazing aunt Carolyn Weakley and uncle Lyn Weakley, and two brothers William and Mark. On her birth mother's side, she is survived by her birth mother, Marion, brother Pete, sister Megan, and many niece and nephews. Lisa lived with her best friend Diana, whom she called her sissy, her husband Stanley, and their kids and grandkids whom Lisa loved very dearly.

Lisa passed unexpectedly on October 20, 2025 in Hudson Florida. She will forever be loved and missed, and most importantly never forgotten, as she lives on in the hearts of her family and loved ones.
