Joan P. Walters, 84, of New Port Richey, passed away on December 22, 2020. She is survived by her son, Steven and daughters, Laurie, Lorie, Renee and Carolyn. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren.
