Freddie L. Mathis, Jr.

Freddie L. Mathis, Jr. passed away unexpectedly March 12th, 2023 in Tampa with his mother and brother at his side. He was 46 years young. He is preceded in death by his father, Freddie Mathis, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Stacey Green, and so very many other family members and friends.

Freddie loved his family, never met a stranger, loved his church family, and always brought much joy and light to all. He enjoyed riding and walking, looking at all God's beauty, and talking on the phone with everybody. Being a local Tarpon Springs Floridian, he liked riding through memory lane and being near the water. He had a soul and spirit that glowed with light that we will always carry with us and never to be forgotten. Freddie was grateful for each breath and step of this life that he was carried through, and all of the wonderful people in it.
