Floyd Eugene List

Floyd Eugene List of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2026 at the age of 84. He was born on January 27, 1942 to Leo and Sarah List (nee Whitman) in Litchfield, Illinois. Floyd enjoyed RV camping, watching Nascar and football, plus he served the church for many years by playing his guitar in the worship band and hosting a Bible study in his home. Floyd was a gifted handyman who spent many of his years working on various homes in the Word of Life community.

Floyd is survived by his wife Helen of 31 years; his son Terry (Kathy) and stepdaughter Laura (Paul); his grandchildren Sarah, Lishya, Amanda Wright, Danielle, Tessie, Amanda Kraker, Hanna and Jacob; his greatgrandchildren Aiden, Tyson, Axl, Ezra, Hannah and Adriana; his sisters Sherry Hays and Gail Hunter; his brother David.

Floyd is predeceased by his parents Leo and Sarah List, son Robby List, daughter Patty Stevens , and granddaughter Crystal Dawn Stevens.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Grace Bible Church at 9403 Scot St., Hudson, FL 34669 on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The family invites friends to share memories and celebrate a life well-lived. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Gideon Bible International through Grace Bible Church.
