Passed on December 30, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.
She was a beloved wife to Marinos Zafiratos, a mother to Victoria Rody and Maria Vega and an amazing grandmother to five grandchildren. Ekaterina was a homemaker most of her life and dedicated every part of herself to her family. She enjoyed being a part of the Greek-Orthodox Choir for several years and became a friend to many.
