Doris J Roxby

Doris June Roxby, 92, of Port Richey, passed away peacefully on August 4th 2021, surrounded by her loved ones. Doris was born on January 3rd, 1929 in Clarksburg, West Virginia. She was the oldest of 5 children. Doris grew up in West Virginia, where she met and married her husband of over 50 years, Harold Roxby. Doris and Harold had four sons before moving to Florida in 1964, where they welcomed their youngest son a few years later. Doris was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Doris loved spending time with her family the most. She found great joy in taking trips to the beach, playing cards, and baking the best desserts. Doris was Baptist and her faith was unwavering. Doris is predeceased by her husband, Harold; Sons, Randal and Brad, and Sisters, Jackie (Larry) and Sue (Bill). Doris is survived by her sons, Jeffrey (Tori), Gary, and Timothy (Leshel); daughter in law, Jody; 13 Grandchildren, 20 Great-Grandchildren, brother - Don (Debbie), sister - Becky (Dick), and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held at Faupel Funeral Home.
