Daniel "Danny" Shields

Daniel (Danny) Shields, age 64, of Hudson, passed away with his family by his side after having a massive stroke in July. He was born on January 20, 1961, in Newport, Kentucky. Relocating to Hudson, Fl in 1971 where he remained till his death. I don’t think he ever met a stranger - he was always sharing stories with anyone who would listen. He loved going to the racetrack to watch racing and hot rods. Known around town through Shields Trucking and spending 20 years delivering heavy equipment till he became disabled in 2009 with a broke back. 

He is survived by his sons Justin & Kyle and daughter in law Elizabeth, sister Donna Korman and brother in law Buddy Korman, Brother Butch (Etzel) Shields, two Nieces Chelsea Smith and Emily Cortez, ex-Wife Linda Shields, and many friends who loved him. Family will be having a Celebration of Life in January.
