Connie passed away peacefully.
She is preceded in death by her son Joseph McMeans.
Connie is survived by her son James McMeans, her daughter Sharlene Grant, grandson Daniel Grant and wife Ashley Grant, granddaughter Ashley Witfoth and Husband Stephen Witfoth; great-grandchildren Taylor and Tyler Witfoth.
She will be missed by her loving family.
