RYAN, Christopher C. 59, of Hudson, Florida Passed away July 23, 2020 of natural causes.
He is survived by his wife Carol of 34 years; Son Michael; Daughter in law April; 2 Grandsons Oliver and Nathaniel; 2 Brothers Robert and James and many nieces and nephews.
He loved his life and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a Born Again Christian and attended Calvary Chapel Worship Center with his wife and played bass in the church band when asked. He also played bass guitar in multiple rock bands in the local area. He was well known for playing his bass too loud with band members, club owners and even his wife telling him to turn it down.
Chris adored his family and strive to be the best he could be for them. He was in consistent support of his Wife, Son, Daughter in law, and Grand kids in every way possible. His love for them was displayed every day through his actions and how proudly he spoke of them. His family felt his love for them and will cherish every moment of their time with him.
He joined the Air Force in 1980 as a Combat Air Traffic Controller and retired in 2000 as an Air Traffic Controller. He had multiple deployments including Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Joint Endeavor and Desert Strike. He loved his military career and his family spent 10 years of his career living in England. During that that time he traveled all over Europe and met some amazing people. He is extremely proud his son chose to follow in his footsteps and join the Air Force.
Chris and his wife loved riding motorcycles and they could be found with their friends riding in the county to find new places to see and places to eat. Wind therapy was always something they could do and would always end up in some kind of adventure and lots of laughs. His Harley Fatboy was one of his pride and joys.
He was known to make people laugh and smile, even on the most sad and depressing day. His laugh was infectious and his smile could light up a room. He will be remembered by his friends and family for always being there when someone needed help or just needed someone to talk to about issues in their life.
